Ocean County Real Estate Market

Because of its location, Ocean County is connected by major roads and highways, such as Route 13, Route 35, Route 37, Route 70, Route 72, and Route 166. Other major roads that pass through the county include, US Route 9, the Garden State Parkway, and Interstate 195. NJ Transit's North Jersey Coast Line railway line, which serves Pen Station New York, passes through the county. Southern Ocean County is very close to the Atlantic City Line, which provides services to and from Philadelphia.
